Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Phonara (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Phonara monitors the Google Ads accounts you connect, shows balances, campaigns and click trends, sends alerts, and pauses campaigns according to rules you configure. Features may change over time.

2. Your account

• You must be authorized to manage every Google Ads account you connect to Phonara.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.
• You must comply with the Google Ads terms and policies that apply to your accounts.

3. Automated actions

When a rule you configured is met, Phonara changes the status of the affected campaigns to Paused. You choose the rules, and you can turn them off or switch to a test mode that only reports what would be paused. Phonara does not create, edit or delete campaigns, ads, keywords or budgets, and does not make payments.

Monitoring depends on data from Google and other services and runs on a schedule, so figures may be delayed or unavailable. Phonara helps you control spend but does not guarantee that an account will never pass a threshold or that every change in performance will be detected.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, or use it to break any law or third-party terms.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to your data. You allow us to process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke Phonara's access to your Google Account at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Phonara is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or advertising spend, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
